who I am and what i do


I am a professional coach from renowned industry leading Coaches Training Institute - CTI, and accredited by Association for Coaching. As a CTI trained coach, my approach to coaching is holistic, I work with the whole person and have an eclectic style, i.e. I draw from a wide range of sources to create a bespoke experience for every client.

With 20+ years experience from the corporate world, consultancy and entrepreneurship, I bring a wealth of experience into my coaching and am skilled at working with a wide variety of clients and areas. 

I'm a proud mother of two grown up daughters, book reader, park lover, theatre goer & history buff. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, I am now based in the London area, and able to work with clients locally in person, as well as nationally and internationally via telephone, Skype or Zoom.
