About

I am a professional coach from renowned industry leading Coaches Training Institute - CTI, and accredited by Association for Coaching. As a CTI trained coach, my approach to coaching is holistic, I work with the whole person and have an eclectic style, i.e. I draw from a wide range of sources to create a bespoke experience for every client.

With 20+ years experience from the corporate world, consultancy and entrepreneurship, I bring a wealth of experience into my coaching and am skilled at working with a wide variety of clients and areas.

I'm a proud mother of two grown up daughters, book reader, park lover, theatre goer & history buff. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, I am now based in the London area, and able to work with clients locally in person, as well as nationally and internationally via telephone, Skype or Zoom.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us
